The Prosecuting Attorneys' Council is excited to present When Trends Meet the Law.This training is designed for law enforcement officers and prosecuting attorneys, aimed at equipping them with the knowledge and skills to effectively address evolving challenges in modern law enforcement and the many unique challenges created inside and outside of the Courtroom. This training delves into topics such as dealing with sovereign citizens, understanding and managing encounters with 1st Amendment auditors, navigating citizen stings, and debunking CSI myths. By providing attendees with the tools to confront these contemporary issues, this training empowers law enforcement and prosecutors to stay ahead of emerging trends, adapt their strategies, and ensure a more informed and effective approach to maintaining the rule of law in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.
