Join us for the second session of The Daubert Training Series: Enhance Your Expert Witness Skills. In this session, we'll shift our focus to the art of testifying persuasively as an expert witness.


Session 2, "Trust Me, I'm an Expert: Testifying Persuasively as an Expert for DA Investigators and Experienced Victim-Witness Advocates," is designed specifically for DA investigators and experienced victim-witness advocates with 5 or more years of experience.


In this session, you'll learn how to effectively communicate your expertise and opinions with credibility, clarity, and confidence, how to build trust with jurors, maintain objectivity, and handle cross-examination with confidence.
