Join us for the first session of The Daubert Training Series: Enhance Your Expert Witness Skills.


Session 1, "Expert Cops: The Basics of Rule 702 and Considerations When Qualifying a Law Enforcement Officer as an Expert Witness," will lay the groundwork for the series.


In this foundational session, we'll delve into the Daubert framework and explore its application in qualifying police officers as expert witnesses. You'll gain a solid understanding of the criteria for admissibility and how to effectively utilize law enforcement officers as expert witnesses.
