Please join us for our Open Records Webinar. This training will cover the requirements of the Georgia Open Records Act. Significant time is spent on the duty to make records available, the duty to respond [the "3 day rule"], and the ability of a public agency to charge for its production of responsive records. Significant time is also spent on the types of records that are exempt from disclosure with a particular emphasis on law enforcement and prosecutorial records.
