Back by popular demand, PAC is excited to present Intox 9000: Breath Testing for Prosecutors in 2023!
Breath-alcohol concentration is often the critical piece of evidence in per se DUI cases - and we are more effective advocates when we understand the technology behind these results. This course will give prosecutors hands-on instruction in our state Intox lab and will address both the admissibility and the credibility of breath alcohol testing. We will discuss statutes, case law, administrative rules, and the basic operation of the Intox 9000.
This course is free to attend and is open to Prosecutors. 6.5 CLE credits will be offered.
