Guardian Leadership: Developing a Culture of Excellence

When: November 1-2, 2023

Time: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Developing a Culture of Excellence

How do you build and sustain a great culture, or strengthen a culture that is lacking? The answer lies in leadership. Leadership is the single largest factor affecting organizational culture. Bad leadership has a substantial impact on how the work environment feels and operates. The success of your organization is largely determined by the culture you create.

During this interactive workshop, you will learn how to intentionally foster a positive culture that inspires and empowers team members to achieve organizational goals. This workshop demystifies the culture-building process and provides you with a step-by-step method for creating an environment where trust flourishes, problems get solved and expectations are exceeded.

CLE / POST / ADVOCATE

Each course of The Guardian's Path is approved for up to 14 CLE / POST / Advocate Credits. For attorneys, CLE fees are not included in the registration fee. You must submit your form for credit within 21-days of the course date.

Registration

This course is open to attorneys, law enforcement, and office staff that are currently in a leadership role. There is a $225.00 registration fee. All registrations and fees must be paid or postmarked no later than Thursday, October 26th at 12 PM. Please note... If your registration fee is not paid by this date, your registration will be canceled. If you paid your registration fee and can no longer attend this training, the registration refund cut-off date is Thursday, October 26th at 12 PM.

Reimbursement

Reimbursement of attendees is based on the availability of state funds for that purpose. For District Attorney personnel, reimbursements come from the approved Judicial Circuit travel budget. Employees of Solicitors-General offices are eligible for up to $500 reimbursement per Fiscal year. Employees of other agencies are not eligible for reimbursement by PAC. This is a VOCA Pre-Approved Training Event for Advocates. PAC does not reimburse registration fees. Please review the reimbursement policy here.

The Guardian's Path

The Leadership Development Program consists of three courses that build on each other. Each workshop aids leaders in expanding their influence and amplifying their impact. You are welcome to only attend one of the courses, but it is most beneficial to attend all of the courses. Developing A Culture of Excellence is the third course in The Guardian's Path.
