Elder Abuse is a widespread, under-reported issue in our state. This training is designed to provide practical information which will aid in the investigation and prosecution of elder abuse cases. Attendees will leave this training with a better understanding of the issues surrounding elder abuse as well as strategies for how to effectively investigate and prosecute these cases.

This is an in-person training and there will not be a webinar option. It offers 6 CLE and POST hours and 4 Victim Advocate hours.


PAC Reimbursement: The only travel reimbursements that will be offered are to the staff of the District Attorneys' Offices if approved by their elected and the funds are available.


Housekeeping:

Free parking is available. There is a handicapped bathroom in the Children's Books Section.
