This training, in collaboration with the Georgia Prosecuting Attorney's Counsel, offers a deep dive into the complexities of fraudulent insurance acts and the pivotal role the Office of Commissioner of Insurance and Safety Fire (OCI) in investigating and prosecuting such acts. It aims to equip prosecuting attorneys with insights into detecting and prosecuting insurance fraud by leveraging the expertise of the Georgia Department of Insurance and its trained investigators. Participants will gain valuable knowledge on the relationship between the OCI and legal professionals, enhancing the State's ability to combat insurance fraud in Georgia.
