The time has come to register for the coolest event of the year… Winter Conference. What better way to start the year off than in the Classic City with like-minded professionals from across the state. So don't delay in registering for this conference and be prepared to don your favorite Bulldog's gear in January!
Winter Conference will begin at 12:30pm on Wednesday, January 22nd and will conclude at 12:15pm on Friday, January 24th. Details regarding the event are included below. We will have limited seating during the conference. If you are interested in attending, please register as soon as possible!
Attendance | Due to space constraints, registration and attendance at this Conference is limited to attorneys and investigators who are employed by a District Attorney, a Solicitor-General, the Attorney General, or a United States Attorney. Representatives of law enforcement agencies, retired prosecuting attorneys who are not engaged in the private practice of criminal law, and part-time prosecutors may register and attend if space is available.
No On-site Registration | If one does not register ahead of time, he or she will not be allowed to register for the conference on-site. Please ensure your registration is complete. You should receive a registration number and a confirmation email. Please check your spam/junk folder as the first few emails from Glue Up may go here.
Agenda | A copy of the agenda will be available in the coming weeks.
Credit Hours | 12 CLE credits will be offered including Professionalism, Ethics, and Trial hours. 12 POST credits will also be offered.
Mandatory POST 464-5 Classes | Please note that the mandatory POST classes including Use of Force, De-escalation, Community Policing, Gang Awareness and Human Trafficking will not be offered at Winter Conference.
Registration Payment/Refunds | Due to limited seating, we are requiring that all registration payments be paid in full by Friday, January 3, 2025. If your registration fee is not paid by this date, your registration will be canceled. The registration fee is $225 for prosecutor and law enforcement offices. In addition, we will not be processing any refunds after January 3rd.
Reimbursements | Reimbursement for attendees of this conference is based on the availability of state funds for that purpose. For District Attorney personnel, reimbursements come out of the approved travel budget for the Judicial Circuit. Employees of Solicitors-General offices are eligible for up to $750 reimbursement per Fiscal year. Employees of other agencies are not eligible for reimbursement by PAC. Reservations | When making your hotel reservations, please inform the hotel that you are with the Prosecuting Attorneys' Council of Georgia group.

Please note that if you attend the 2024 Summer Conference and got reimbursed, you are not eligible for reimbursement for the 2025 Winter Conference.
No-Show Policy | We encourage you to read through the No-Show Policy.
Children | No children, regardless of age, will be allowed in the lecture sessions.
Weather | This registration payment cannot be refunded and/or applied to a different conference due to inclement weather. Refunds for registration payments can only be made prior to the registration deadline. There will be no exceptions.
Waiver Regarding COVID-19 | Any person entering the premises waives all civil liability against this premises owner and operator for any injuries caused by the inherent risk associated with contracting COVID-19 at public gatherings, except for gross negligence, willful and wanton misconduct, reckless infliction of harm, or intentional infliction of harm, by the individual or entity of the premises.
