2024 Basic Litigation Boot Camp

April 20-25, 2024, in Forsyth, Georgia

Registration starts at 8:00am and Welcome and Orientation begins at 8:30am on Saturday, April 20th.


The Prosecuting Attorneys' Council of Georgia is excited to offer the 2024 Basic Litigation Boot Camp course at the Georgia Public Safety Training Center in Forsyth, Georgia! This six-day course focuses on training and educating new prosecutors with a significant emphasis on the development of "Theory" and "Theme" based prosecution. The training will begin at 8:00am on Saturday, April 20th, and conclude at 3:30pm on Thursday, April 25th. During this course, you can expect lectures, demonstrations, and practical exercises which includes a bench and jury trial.

Basic Litigation is open to new ADAs and ASGs with less than 4 years of experience. Please note this conference is not open to municipal court prosecutors.
