2024 Basic Litigation Boot Camp

Registration starts at 8:00am and Welcome and Orientation begins at 8:30am on Saturday, April 20th.

The Prosecuting Attorneys' Council of Georgia is excited to offer the 2024 Basic Litigation Boot Camp course at the Georgia Public Safety Training Center​ in Forsyth, Georgia! This six-day course focuses on training and educating new prosecutors with a significant emphasis on the development of "Theory" and "Theme" based prosecution. The training will begin at 8:00am on Saturday, April 20th, and conclude at 3:30pm on Thursday, April 25th. During this course, you can expect lectures, demonstrations, and practical exercises which includes a bench and jury trial.

Basic Litigation is open to new ADAs and ASGs with less than 4 years of experience. Please note this conference is not open to municipal court prosecutors.
