It's that time again! Registration for the 2023 Winter Conference is finally here. We are headed back to Athens, so get your Bulldog gear ready!


Winter Conference will begin at 12:30pm on Wednesday, January 18th and will conclude at 10:30am on Friday, January 20th. Details regarding the event are included below. We will have limited seating during the conference. If you are interested in attending, please register as soon as possible!


Attendance | Registration and attendance at this Conference is limited to attorneys and investigators who are employed by a District Attorney, a Solicitor-General, the Attorney General or a United States Attorney. Representatives of law enforcement agencies and retired prosecuting attorneys who are not engaged in the private practice of criminal law, may register and attend if space is available.

Credit Hours | 12 CLE credits will be offered including Professionalism, Ethics, and Trial hours. POST credits will also be offered, including hours for the mandatory 464-5 classes (Use of Deadly Force, Community Policing and de-escalation).



Registration Payment/Refunds | Due to limited seating, we are requiring that all registration payments be paid in full by Friday, January 6, 2023. If your registration fee is not paid by this date, your registration will be canceled. The registration fee is $225 for prosecutor and law enforcement offices. In addition, we will not be processing any refunds after January 6th.

Please note that if you attend the 2022 Summer Conference and got reimbursed, you are not eligible for reimbursement for the 2023 Winter Conference.

Reimbursement information will be provided after registration is complete. Please note that employees of Solicitor Offices are eligible for up to $500 in reimbursement from PAC for this conference.
