2023 INVESTIGATOR'S CONFERENCE

The Investigator's Conference is back by popular demand! This time we are meeting in the Classic City (Go Dawgs!) to dive into the world of investigations. We will cover an array of subjects each picked to support your role as an Investigator (specific to investigators within the DA's office).

If you are not a Dawgs fan that's okay, Athens has plenty to offer such as unique dining options, and the best part is everything you need is within walking distance. Don't miss this opportunity! Come train with us and use this opportunity to connect with other professionals throughout the state.

$225 Registration Fee | All registrations must be paid in full by Friday, September 8, 2023, to hold your spot at the conference. If you paid for your registration and can no longer attend the conference, the refund cut-off date is Friday, September 8, 2023. Any refund requests after this date will have to be reviewed by the Director of Training, Kelli Baxter.

Credits | This conference will only provide POST hours for Law Enforcement Officers. There is no other type of credit available.

Attendance | This conference is open to all investigators including police departments and sheriff's offices; however, the content will be geared towards investigators within the DA's offices.

No On-site Registration | If one does not register ahead of time, he or she will not be allowed to register for the conference on-site. Please ensure your registration is complete. You should receive a registration number and a confirmation email. Please check your spam/junk folder as the first few emails from Glue Up may go here.

Reimbursements | Reimbursement for attendees of this conference is based on the availability of state funds for that purpose. For District Attorney personnel, reimbursements come out of the approved travel budget for the Judicial Circuit. Reimbursement for Solicitor-General personnel is still under review and unknown at this time. We will update attendees if reimbursement is available. Employees of other agencies are not eligible for reimbursement by PAC. Please review this reimbursement document for more information.

PAC's Updated Reimbursement Guide | If you are wondering how to calculate per diem on travel days or what needs to appear on a receipt in order to be reimbursed for lodging expenses, our guide covers these topics and more. Please view the guide located at: https://pacga.org/about-pacga/departments/fiscal-services/pac-reimbursement-process/.
