The Prosecuting Attorneys' Council of Georgia (PAC) and the Association of Prosecuting Attorneys (APA) are pleased to invite you to attend the 2023 Capital Litigation Conference. Please join us on January 18 – 20, 2023 in Athens, Georgia for a packed conference with speakers from all over the South.


2023 Capital Litigation Conference

When: January 18 – 20, 2023

Registration will open at 11:30 AM. We will start promptly at 12:30 PM. We will conclude on Friday by noon.

No-Show Policy: We encourage you to read through the No-Show Policy.

Where: The Classic Center, Athens, Georgia


Located in the heart of downtown Athens, the Classic Center provides a unique conference space to host this conference.


Registration fee: There is a $225.00 fee to attend this conference. The fee does not include meals or lodging. All registrations and fees must be paid or postmarked no later than January 6, 2023. Please note... If your registration fee is not paid by this date, your registration will be canceled. If you paid your registration fee and can no longer attend this training, the registration refund cut-off date is January 6, 2023.

Reimbursement for attendees of the 2023 Capital Litigation Conference is based on the availability of Georgia state funds for that purpose. For GA District Attorney personnel, reimbursements come out of the approved travel budget for the Judicial Circuit. There are no available reimbursements for other agencies.


The suggested lodging list and GA reimbursement info are located at the top of the page under "Documents". Please make your lodging by December 18th to receive the PAC rate.


At least 14 GA CLE credits will be offered. No POST or ADVOCATE credits are offered. PAC does not apply for out-of-state CLEs.
