Gear up and get ready for Expanding Our Reach: Working with LGBTQ+ Victims of Violence Part 2.

This session, the second session in a two-part interactive training, will include discussions of preparing for court and effective litigation strategies, including building rapport with LGBTQIA2S+ victims, potential motions in limine, voir dire strategies, and other topics that may arise when working on a case with an LGBTQIA2S+ victim. Participants will engage in interactive exercises to learn effective ways to address anti-LGBTQIA2S+ bias in court.
