The landscape of DUI case law has been shifting fast, but the danger posed by impaired drivers on our roads is as serious as ever. Prosecutors and law enforcement officers share responsibility for addressing those dangers. To be effective advocates, we all need to be current on the state of the law. This one-hour webinar will explain the most recent developments in Georgia and Federal law and will discuss strategies for meeting our responsibility to serve our communities.
