$225 Registration Fee | Please note that, unfortunately, because PAC is the recipient of the VOCA funds, offices cannot use those VOCA funds to pay a registration fee to PAC (you can't pay yourself with your own grant funds).
All registrations must be paid in full by Wednesday, February 26, 2025, to hold your spot at the conference. If you paid for your registration and can no longer attend the conference, the refund cut-off date is Wednesday, February 26, 2025. Any refund requests after this date will have to be reviewed by the Director of Training, Kelli Baxter.
Certificates | Certificate templates for this conference will be emailed to registered attendees after the event has wrapped.
CLE & POST | There will be no CLEs for prosecutors or POST credit available to law enforcement officers. This conference will only provide victim advocate credit.
Attendance | Due to space constraints, registration and attendance at this conference is limited to prosecution-based victim advocates who are employed by a District Attorney, a Solicitor-General, or the Attorney General. We are monitoring registration and will cancel registrants who do not meet this requirement. Also, this event is not open to the public. If you have questions about this, please contact us at training@pacga.org.
No On-site Registration | If one does not register ahead of time, he or she will not be allowed to register for the conference on-site. Please ensure your registration is complete. You should receive a registration number and a confirmation email. Please check your spam/junk folder as the first few emails from Glue Up may go here.
Reimbursements | Unfortunately due to FFY25 VOCA cuts, FFY25 grants are for personnel only and will NOT cover any training/travel expense. Therefore, you CANNOT utilize any VOCA funds for the upcoming 2025 VWAP Conference travel expenses. If you have any questions relating to VOCA and/or the cuts, please contact Sarai Leonide Medina at sleonides@pacga.org. If your DA approves travel to the VWAP Conference, you may submit reimbursement to PAC, and you will be reimbursed out of your DA's travel budget. Please click this reimbursement document for more information. Employees of other agencies are not eligible for reimbursement by PAC.
PAC's Updated Reimbursement Guide | If you are wondering how to calculate per diem on travel days, what needs to appear on a receipt to be reimbursed for lodging expenses, or how to submit travel claims for conflict cases, our guide covers these topics and much more. Please view the guide located at: https://pacga.org/about-pacga/departments/fiscal-services/pac-reimbursement-process/.
