The Prosecuting Attorneys' Council of Georgia is excited to offer the 2023 Basic Litigation Boot Camp at the Georgia Public Safety Training Center​ in Forsyth, Georgia! This six-day course focuses on training and educating new prosecutors with a significant emphasis on the development of "Theory" and "Theme" based prosecution. The training will begin at 8:00am on Saturday, June 10th and end at 5:00pm on Thursday, June 15th. During this course, you can expect lectures, demonstrations and practical exercises with a bench and jury trial.

Basic Litigation is open to new ADAs and ASGs with less than 4 years of experience. Please note this conference is not open to municipal court prosecutors.
